Okay, not really, but we do have attorneys who like Italian food and who are very adept at winning lawsuits against people who mess with our stuff.

GiveByShopping.com shares only aggregate information with its Merchants, Participants, and Partners. We do not share information about specific visitors. For example, we might share with potential participating Merchants the number of visitors to our website in a given period of time, but we would never identify you personally to them.
Third-Party Advertisers
We contract with “affiliate marketing” companies to provide ads for our website. Their text and graphic advertising may contain cookies. Advertising may appear to be coming from our site when it is really hosted by those advertising companies or from the Merchants who hire them.
